How the EverInq platform is built

EverInq is a hardware-enabled SaaS platform for full-color e-paper signage. This page covers the technology commitment, platform architecture, hardware platform, and current build stage in more detail — intended for partners, integrators, and investors evaluating the space.

The Technology Commitment
Partnership Icon

The name is intentional. EverInq is built exclusively around E Ink — not as a peripheral option, but as the foundational display technology. E Ink Spectra™ 6's six-color bistable media represents the inflection point that makes full-color, zero-power-hold commercial signage viable at mid-market scale. This is the right technology, at the right moment.

The EverInq OS™
Inq uisitive  ·  Intelligent  ·  Innovative
Cloud OS  ·  Fleet Management  ·  Analytics  ·  Open API

EverInq is architected cloud-first: the field hardware exists so the platform can run on its own, not the other way around. The EverInq OS™ is a cloud-based fleet management and content system that models each unit's environment, prepares thermally-aware content server-side, and pushes only lightweight, pre-optimized bitstreams to the edge — keeping on-device compute and power draw minimal by design.

The Hardware
Ever On  ·  Ever Sustainable  ·  Ever Purposeful

EverInq assets are purpose-built IoT devices — not screens bolted into enclosures. Each unit exists to keep the platform connected and running reliably for extended periods: modular power source, solar assist, in-process content refresh and visibility persistence through main power loss, active thermal management with logic-gated controls, cryptographic component authentication, location & orientation sensing, LED chromatic bezel for status and brand output, and more.

The platform architecture is designed to expand across form factors as the fleet grows. Outdoor and freestanding is the beachhead — not the ceiling.

Partnership Position

EverInq views E Ink Corporation and its technology and distribution ecosystem as a core strategic partner in this build. Our go-to-market depends on E Ink's continued panel innovation, waveform development, and partner network reach. We are actively seeking relationships with:

  • Panel distributors and TCON/driver board providers supporting E Ink Spectra™ 6 (and beyond) deployments
  • System integrators working in outdoor, retail, hospitality, and operations signage
  • CMS and middleware platform partners seeking E Ink-native fleet management capability
  • Pilot customer partners in mid-market retail, QSR, hospitality, and field operations

Stage
Active Prototype — EverInq OS™ prototype stack fully developed: internal hardware, firmware, and web & mobile applications tested and demo-ready
Remaining work is external hardware enclosure fabrication, currently ~50% complete
